Direct Match Staffing Solutions was founded out of firsthand experience working in temp recruitment — where we saw too many workers being sent home early due to expectations not being met - either by the worker or employer. Not only does this waste time and resources, it also damages the worker’s confidence and motivation. We set out to fix that by focusing on what matters most: getting it right the first time.

We specialise in placing dependable temp staff into warehouse, factory, and other unskilled/skilled roles — but we’re not limited to any single industry. Our approach is built on high standards, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to matching the right person to the right job.
